I carve a variety of types of trays including cutting boards, charcuterie boards, cheese trays and serving platters. The smaller pieces are specifically meant to be used for cutting boards. Continual use only makes them more attractive. Knife marks can largely be erased by rubbing a little bit of vegetable oil. All are finished with food-safe oil and waxes. Please contact me to purchase.
